Sugar : My Life as a Sugar Babe

Sugar : My Life as a Sugar Babe

I received an arch from NetGalley exchanged for an fair and honest review.
Thank you NetGalley and the author for giving me the chance to read this book.
I really wanted to like this book. It was an interesting concept and it was quick to draw me in. I must admit I learned a lot about being a sugar babe and what comes with that world. It made me feel differently about people who are involved in the sexual industry. I was very surprised when I figured out this was a real life memoir. Monique tells the story of how her divorced lead her to a life of adventures and new opportunities. She found a way to take care of her children and take of business. I could not get over how long it took me to finish. I found myself putting it down and picking it up a week later. No matter how long I read the book it just seemed to drag on. I understood what the writer intended but it was not well translated. I felt the book could have been more thought out and planned better. Most of the chapters just did not leave enough impacted on me.
